We work closely with you to transform your ideas into a clear project scope, practical design approach, and actionable plan.

Drafting & Design
We prepare CAD drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings. We submit plans to the city on your behalf and respond to plan-check comments, with licensed engineering or architectural review where required.

Contractor Selection Support
You choose and contract directly with licensed contractors. We can help you compare bids side by side, review scopes, and verify license status with CSLB.

Final Delivery
You receive finalized drawings, permit documentation, and a project record. Permits are issued in your name or your licensed contractor’s name.
